Price Match Guarantee

Eligibility Requirements:

Identical Products: The price match guarantee applies only to identical products, meaning the competing product must match the specifications, size, model, and quality of our QuietCubes Pods.

Verification: Prices must be verifiable through advertisements, written or digital quotes, or an online listing by an authorized retailer. We reserve the right to verify the price and the availability of the identical product.

Competitor Pricing: The competitor's product must be in stock, new, and not part of a clearance, closeout, liquidation, or other special discount pricing.

Exclusions:

• This guarantee does not apply to marketplace vendors, third-party sellers, discount clubs, or auction sites.
• The price match cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
• Does not apply to errors in competitor advertisements, rebates, free offers, or specific one-time-only promotions, including bundle offers, special financing offers, and temporary price reductions.

Claim Process:

• To claim a price match, please provide evidence of the lower price while it is in effect by presenting the advertisement or pricing page to our sales staff (info@quietcubes.co).
• Claims must be made at the time of purchase or within a set period from the date of purchase, typically 14 days.

Adjustment Policy:

• If we lower our price on a QuietCube Pod within your return and exchange period, we will match our lower price, upon request.
• The price difference will be refunded in the same method as the original payment.

Additional Terms:

• Our price match guarantee is subject to change without notice.
• The terms of the guarantee may vary by region or store location.
• This policy does not cover typographical errors made by competitors or us.
