100-Day Risk-Free Trial Policy

At QuietCubes, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our office pods. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 100-day risk-free trial. If you're not completely satisfied with your QuietCubes pod, you can return it within 100 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • The trial period starts on the date of delivery.
  • The trial is available to the original purchaser only.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at info@quietcubes.co within the 100-day trial period to initiate a return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Prepare for Return: Disassemble the QuietCubes pod and pack it securely in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, ensure the product is adequately protected for transit.
  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Return Conditions

  • The QuietCubes pod must be in its original condition, free from damage, stains, and excessive wear and tear.
  • All original parts, accessories, and manuals must be included in the return.
  • Returns must be received by QuietCubes within 15 days of the RA number issuance.
  • Returns are void if the pod is damaged, modified, or shows signs of misuse, neglect, or improper assembly.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Initial shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Additional Terms

  • The 100-day risk-free trial is not applicable to custom or specially modified orders.
  • QuietCubes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
